What is your turn-around time?

Once order is placed it can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. 

What brand is used for the clothing material?

We utilize Gildan and Jerzees. Both brands are unisex sizes. 

Can I provide my own clothing?

No, unfortunately I can only embroider the clothing material that is provided by us.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are refunded only up to 24 hours after the order is placed. We will begin to work on the order after 24 hours to provide a grace period.
