Shipping policy

Order processing can take up to 1-4 weeks for all custom orders. Each order is custom made to order. However we will try our best to get your order to you as quick as possible. 

After your items have shipped tracking information will be provided to you via email or phone number. (you are able to choose an option at checkout). Once your item has shipped ThreadedHeaven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to USPS they can better assist you. 

If your order states that it was delivered and you have not received it within 7 days, feel free to contact your local USPS. 

ThreadedHeaven will not be responsible for any issues after shipment is made (lost in transit, incorrect address stolen packages, etc)
