Refund Policy:
All items are non refundable due to all orders being made to order.

We WILL NOT reply to instagram DMs
Once you submit your order we cannot cancel it as we start working on your order as we get it (ordering sweatshirts etc) if you are in need of a refund once the order has been submitted and the items have not been produced yet, we can offer a partial refund where $15 will be deducted from the refund as work has already been put in.
ALL shipping fees are at the customers expense.
This includes shipping fees from a return/exchange and import/customs fees for our international shipments. We are not liable for any extra charges by the post office.
Shipping fees are NON refundable.
Please contact the post office to confirm the return shipping fees.
For all packages that are lost/stolen after being shipped, you can contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. They can assist you with the next steps to file a claim. We are not at fault if something is to happen to a package after shipping as it is out of our hands.
We are not able to provide reimbursements for lost or stolen packages.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are non returnable/ non refundable
Once you submit your order we cannot cancel it as we immediately get started working on your design.
Shipping Policy:
Processing Time
1-2 weeks (not including weekends)
Please note that the processing time does not include shipping time, which depends on the method selected at checkout.
Note: Processing times may be extended slightly during peak seasons (holidays etc..) or due to high demand.
Paying for express shipping does NOT expedite my processing time ONLY the shipping time.
Carrier Responsibility
All estimated delivery times are based on information from the shipping carrier. (USPS for all orders within the United States. UPS for ALL international orders).
Once your order leaves the facility, the package is under the carriers control, and delivery times may vary.
International Orders
Customs and Import processing may delay delivery in some countries. We recommend allowing additional time for customs clearance.
For more information regarding your package once its been shipped please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number for more detailed information.
Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If the package cannot be delivered due to address issues, delays may occur. We are not responsible for returned packages due to an incorrect address. You will be responsible for new shipping costs.
