Refund Policy:

Due to Covid-19 we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders are processed and being prepared 24 hours after order is received. After the 24 hour grace period- no cancellation and not applicable for a refund or exchange. 

All sizing on T-shirts, crew necks, hoodies and sweatpants are unisex. For an oversized look we suggest sizing up. Please check the description box, and size chart if you are unsure of sizing. If incorrect size was chosen feel free to reach out to us ASAP so we can fix it! No changes can be made after 24 hours after order is placed.

Shipping Policy:

Order processing can take up to 1-4 weeks for all custom orders. Each order is custom made to order. However we will try our best to get your order to you as quick as possible. 

After your items have shipped tracking information will be provided to you via email or phone number. (you are able to choose an option at checkout). Once your item has shipped ThreadedHeaven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to USPS they can better assist you. 

If your order states that it was delivered and you have not received it within 7 days, feel free to contact your local USPS. 

ThreadedHeaven will not be responsible for any issues after shipment is made (lost in transit, incorrect address stolen packages, etc)
